Shearman & Sterling has advised Ethical Oncology Science (EOS) on its collaboration and license agreement with Servier to further develop EOS’s antitumor drug E-3810. Under the terms of this agreement, EOS will receive a €45 million upfront payment, and Servier will obtain an exclusive license, covering the world with the exception of the United States, Japan and China.
