A specialist in international corporate tax, Ms. Pfatteicher focuses on tax and operational structuring, and US and foreign tax compliance, as well as large-scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also supports clients on tax controversies and disputes, and on developing issues such as software-as-a-service revenue.
