Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Renown Health, a large nonprofit health system headquartered in Reno, Nevada (“Renown”), in the reorganization of its cardiology service line. The reorganization was effectuated by the redesign of the employment arrangements between Renown and its employed cardiologists, including the implementation of a new incentive compensation program. The negotiations resulted in the cardiologists entering into new employment agreements with Renown, pursuant to which the cardiologists would continue to provide cardiology services on behalf of Renown.
