Squire Patton Boggs has added Linda Pfatteicher as partner in its global Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice Group. She will be based in the firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. Ms. Pfatteicher was previously a partner at DLA Piper.

A specialist in international corporate tax, Ms. Pfatteicher focuses on tax and operational structuring, and US and foreign tax compliance, as well as large-scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also supports clients on tax controversies and disputes, and on developing issues such as software-as-a-service revenue. After earning her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown, Ms. Pfatteicher spent over a decade with KPMG in San Francisco and Century City, where she advised on international tax matters. (more…)
