Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney announced today that Kimberly Arouh joined the firm’s Litigation Section as counsel.
Kimberly Arouh has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex business disputes in federal and state courts and before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. She focuses her practice on representing public and private companies and officers in complex litigation, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, merger and acquisition cases, cases alleging business judgment and fiduciary duty issues.
Arouh earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the California State Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
