Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Rockwood Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment firm, and Vestar, a commercial development and management company, in a joint venture to acquire Real Property known as The District at Green Valley Ranch, a retail shopping center within a mixed development community in Henderson, Nevada.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paul Hastings also represented the joint venture in arranging financing for the purchase.
Real estate partner Steve Berkman led the Paul Hastings team, assisted by associates Christopher Yee, Daniel Hick and Joshua Bird.
