Heller Ehrman, a firm which has recently lost not a few partners, has lost partner Peter Benudiz from their Los Angeles office. Benudiz, a Real Estate and Finance attorney, will join Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. He is the seventh California partner to leave the firm this month.
