(FSLR) with respect to the development and sale of First Solar’s 40 megawatt AC Cuyama solar project, located on approximately 320 acres of private land in Santa Barbara County, California. Farella’s work included land and gen-tie acquisition and real estate counsel and assistance with respect to the sale of the project to D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments (DESRI).
