Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of prominent attorney Marty Lorenzo to the firm’s San Diego office. Mr. Lorenzo joins the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team as a partner. He is the fourth lateral partner since December to join Kilpatrick Townsend’s growing Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team. Recent additions include Dan Bell, Sandy Smith and Lou Barbieri.
Mr. Lorenzo brings over 28 years of legal, business and military experience – approaching matters with an innovative mindset and intellectual curiosity.
