David N. Bregman has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the firm’s San Diego office. He is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Tort & Product Liability practice groups.

Alexander, office managing partner of the firm’s San Diego office. “He has extensive experience in commercial and construction litigation and has tried to verdict a number of cases involving personal injury, business fraud, property damage and construction defect issues. David will be instrumental as we continue to grow these practice areas and service the legal needs of our clients both locally and nationally.”

Bregman represents a variety of clients in a wide range of complex business transactional and litigation matters including contractual disputes, contract review and negotiation, corporate formation, real estate, complex construction litigation, delay claims, mechanics lien actions and risk management. He has more than a decade of construction defect and personal injury defense experience along with significant experience analyzing and resolving complex business, commercial and construction related disputes. Bregman received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards in the process.

Bregman received his J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School and his B.A. from California State University Northridge. He is admitted to practice in California.
