Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP has landed a group of Labor and Employment partners from Seyfarth Shaw. Amongst the group is Thomas R. Kaufman, co-chair of Seyfarth’s national wage/hour class action practice. Joining him are Michael L. Gallion and Gregg A. Fisch. All three join Sheppard’s Los Angeles office.

DLA Piper has gained a senior counsel in Los Angeles. Patrick Hunnius joined the firm from White & Case. He will practice in DLA Piper’s litigation group.

Founding Member, Marc Marmaro, will be leaving Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro LLP. Marmaro was appointed to the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He has been with the firm since day one, in 1981.
