Morgan Securities LLC, Lloyds Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, in connection with the public offering by Air Lease Corporation of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.75% Senior Notes due 2023 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% Senior Notes due 2027.
