The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Dennis N. Lueck Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in the downtown Los Angeles office. As a member of Hinshaw’s consumer financial services group, Lueck will focus his practice on representing financial institutions, loan servicers and debt collectors in consumer finance litigation defense, with particular focus on mortgage and student loan-related claims.
Lueck has extensive experience representing a broad range of businesses within the financial services sector. His current practice focuses on defending loan servicers from claims made under the FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA and various state law consumer protection statutes.

Lueck’s addition complements Hinshaw’s regulatory and compliance practice regarding consumer protections related to student loans.
Lueck is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Utah (B.S.). He is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, and Pennsylvania, along with the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
