Jennifer L. Gray has joined LeClairRyan as a partner on the firm’s consumer financial services litigation and class action litigation teams and is resident in the national law firm’s Los Angeles office.

Gray’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, corporations and other entities in class action and other civil litigation involving banking and financial services and products. She has significant experience in matters related to loan origination and servicing practices, fair lending, residential foreclosure, bankruptcy and default issues, secondary markets, and consumer banking. Gray has also represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including antitrust litigation, contract actions, and insurance disputes. In addition, she counsels clients on compliance with state and federal laws affecting lending and servicing activities.

Prior to joining LeClairRyan, Gray held several senior in-house legal positions at financial institutions, including head of litigation at OneWest Bank N.A. (n/k/a CIT Bank, N.A.) and assistant general counsel of litigation at JPMorgan Chase, where she managed consumer finance class actions.

A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A.) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D.), Gray is admitted in California and New York.
