Continuing with its planned strategic growth, Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, the IP super boutique, announced that Pamela K. Fulmer joined the firm as a partner on March 18th. She will practice out of the firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices where she will concentrate on intellectual property litigation as well as disputes related to trade secrets, unfair competition, licensing and other complex issues.

“With her deep experience representing cutting edge technology, entertainment and media companies, Pam is a welcome addition to our San Francisco and Silicon Valley practices,” said Greg Novak, the firm’s Managing Partner and CEO. “With Pam joining us, she becomes the fourth litigation partner to join our California offices since January. And similar to those other litigators, Pam joins us from a well-regarded, international general practice firm. To us, as well as the clients of Novak Druce, this continues to demonstrate that our ‘IP Super Boutique’ model is competitive and delivers a clear and consistent value proposition in the choice of counsel our clients make. We are pleased to see our firm continue its trajectory of growth and to build upon our industry reputation by attracting the level of talent that Pam possesses.”

Ms. Fulmer has represented clients in courts and arbitral forums around the nation. Her clients represent a diverse array of technologies, including e-commerce and the Internet, cellular communications, email messaging and security, computer hardware and software, as well as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and consumer products, among others.

Formerly a partner with SNR Denton, Ms. Fulmer is a member of the California State Bar; the United States Court of Appeals – Ninth Circuit; and the United States District Court – Northern District of California. She is also a board member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Miami University Pre-Law Advisory Board.
