Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Frank Tobin as a shareholder in its San Diego office. “Frank is a masterful litigator with significant trial experience in both state and Federal courts, including multiple ERISA fiduciary duty lawsuits,” said Spencer Skeen, managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ San Diego office. “Frank and I practiced together for 10 years earlier in our careers, and I know that he will add tremendous value for all of our clients, especially those employers with significant operations in California.”

Tobin served in the United States Army from 1988-1997, achieving the rank of Captain.
