Theodora Oringher is pleased to welcome Rod Pacheco as a Senior Attorney in both the firm’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices. Rod’s practice areas are in commercial and public law litigation, internal investigations, and white collar defense matters. Rod represents corporate clients, boards of directors, board committees, hedge funds, partnership and joint ventures, and individuals in connection with all aspects of anti-corruption matters.

Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Rod was a partner at Dentons in Los Angeles. Before joining Dentons, Rod served as the District Attorney of Riverside County, overseeing the third largest prosecutorial agency in the State of California. In addition, Rod served a six-year term as a California assemblyman for the State’s 64th District from 1996 to 2002.
