Shearman & Sterling has expanded its Bay Area corporate finance practice with the addition of partner Christopher M. Forrester. Forrester arrives from Morrison & Foerster, where he practiced in their Palo Alto, Hong Kong and San Diego offices during his tenure with the firm. His practice focuses on corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance and compliance for public and private clients in diverse industries across North America and Asia.

He writes and speaks often on corporate governance and US securities law matters.
