Cooley LLP announced that it advised Clearlake Capital Group, LP in its recent acquisition of NetMotion Wireless Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries, as well as in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Mformation Technologies, Inc. The terms of both transactions were not disclosed.

The Cooley team advising Clearlake on its acquisition of NetMotion Wireless was led by Cooley’s Mehdi Khodadad and included associate Dan Espinoza; partner Mischi a Marca; associates Atul Porwal and Catherine KiwalaTax partner Mark Windfeld-HansenCompensation and Benefits partner Renee Deming, and Technology Transactions special counsel Kara Hagen.  Mehdi Khodadad also led the team advising on the acquisition of Mformation Technologies, which included partnerCarolyn Craig and special counsel Kara Hagen, both members of the Technology Transactions group, and associates Tali Sealman and Atul Porwal.
