Davis Polk advised Leerink Swann LLC as the sole book-running manager in connection with an SEC-registered offering of 2,300,000 shares of common stock of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI), including 300,000 shares from the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $38 million.

CSI is a medical device company focused on developing and commercializing innovative interventional treatment for vascular disease, including peripheral artery disease and coronary artery disease. CSI is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.
