Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised Hanergy Holding Group Limited, the largest privately-owned clean energy developer in China, on the acquisition of Silicon Valley-based MiaSolé, a high-tech company that designs and manufactures solar photovoltaic cells and modules to convert sunlight into electricity.
