O’Melveny & Myers LLP represented Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. as the financial advisor to PLX Technology, Inc. in its acquisition by Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, IDT will acquire all of the outstanding shares of PLX common stock pursuant to an exchange offer, followed by a second step merger. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2012 and is valued at approximately US$330 million.
