Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, in the Company’s underwritten public offering of 20,000,000 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $5.00 per share.
The offering is in connection with Kratos Defense’s agreement to purchase Composite Engineering, Inc., a manufacturer and developer of unmanned aerial target systems and composite structures used for National Security programs , for $155 million. The offering is expected to close on May 14, 2012.
M&A partners Deyan Spiridonov and Teri O’Brien led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Elizabeth Razzano and Melissa Garcia.
