Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised underwriters Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, William Blair & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, Raymond James and Sterne Agee on the follow-on public offering of Procera Networks, the Intelligent Policy Enforcement (IPE) company.
The offering of 4.5 million shares of common stock was priced at $21.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $94.5 million.
Securities & Capital Markets partner Jeff Hartlin led the Paul Hastings team, which included associate Samantha Eldredge.
