Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, is representing Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) in the acquisition of Australian engineering consulting firm Sinclair Knight Merz for a cash purchase price of approximately AUS$1.3 billion (approximately US$1.2 billion as of the date of this release).
The Paul Hastings team is led by M&A partner Robert Miller and Of Counsel Meagan Olsen in Los Angeles, as well as M&A partners Ronan O’Sullivan and Ross McNaughton in London. Associates Jiten Tank, Lisa Tran, David Mallett and George Weston are supporting the multi-office team.
With 2012 revenues of almost $11 billion, Jacobs is one of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of technical, professional and construction services.
