Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing private equity firm Rockwood Capital and Four Corners Properties, a Silicon Valley office and R&D developer, in a $90 million acquisition of a vacant office campus consisting of over 500,000 square feet on the border of Mountain View and Palo Alto from William Lyon Homes.

Rockwood and Four Corners Properties will renovate the campus, upgrading the buildings to Class “A” office space, and rename the campus San Antonio Station.

Real Estate partner Charles Thornton led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Mark Turner and David Hamsher.
