Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as lead agent in connection with a credit facility to finance San Francisco-based private equity firm Golden Gate Capital’s acquisition of Ex-Libris Group, a leading provider of cloud-based and on-premise content and knowledge management software solutions for academic and research institutions from Leeds Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
