Tesoro Corp. will spend $2.5 billion to purchase a Southern California refinery and more than 800 gas stations in California, Nevada and Arizona. In addition, Tesoro will also acquire the ARCO brand.
A team of San-Francisco-based Pillsbury partners advised Tesoro on the acquisition. The team included: Robert A. James, Michael Murphy, Christine L. Richardson, Paula M. Weber, Patrick J.
