The offering closed on September 19, 2012 and resulted in gross proceeds to the selling stockholders of $99 million. Credit Suisse has an option to purchase an additional 600,000 shares from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments. RealPage, Inc. is a leading provider of on-demand software solutions for the rental housing industry. RealPage’s shares are listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “RP.”
