Simpson Thacher represented Goldman, Sachs & Co. as the sole underwriter in connection with a registered public offering of 7,964,601 shares of common stock of Tesla Motors, Inc. that resulted in aggregate gross proceeds to the company of approximately $225 million.
Tesla Motors designs, manufactures and sells electric vehicles and electric vehicle powertrain components.
