Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, Credit Agricole and Goldman Sachs, in connection with an offering by General Cable Corporation of $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.750% Senior Notes due 2022 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.

General Cable is a global leader in the development, design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of copper, aluminum and fiber optic wire and cable products for the energy, industrial, specialty, construction and communications markets.
