The firm represented ZM Capital, L.P., certain of its affiliates and certain co-investors in the acquisition of Payroll Holdings, LLC (“Cast & Crew”) announced today. Terms of the deal, which closed December 24, 2012, were not disclosed.
Cast & Crew, based in Los Angeles, California, is one of the leading providers in the entertainment payroll industry for the motion picture, television, live entertainment and commercial markets in North America. The Company’s comprehensive suite of services includes entertainment payroll, production accounting software, procurement and purchasing services, residual payments, labor relations, production incentives and workers compensation insurance.
