Buchalter Nemer Buchalter Nemer continues to expand its growing Orange County office. Michael V. Lee joined Buchalter Nemer’s Corporate and Intellectual Property Practice Groups as a Shareholder. Mr. Lee represents a diverse group of publicly and privately held businesses, among them e-commerce, software, high-tech and traditional companies, for whom he provides counsel in corporate transactional matters. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, venture capital financings, debt financings, securities offerings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate equity fund formations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Mr. Lee also has extensive experience in intellectual property licensing and transactions involving patents, trademarks, software, know-how, trade secrets and data rights.

Also joining the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group is Philip Nulud. Mr. Nulud counsels clients in connection with all aspects of trademark, patent and copyright law, including prosecution, litigation, policy, procedure, portfolio management and protection, domestically and worldwide. Mr. Nulud has particular experience in helping clients develop and protect their valuable ideas. In addition to obtaining patents and trademarks for clients, he represents clients in infringement and counterfeiting matters.
