Proskauer announced today that Kenneth D. Sulzer has joined the firm in Los Angeles as a Partner in its Labor & Employment Law Department and co-head of its California Labor & Employment Law Group and its national Class/Collective Action Group. Mr. Sulzer was formerly a Partner and Chair of the California Labor and Employment Practice at Seyfarth Shaw.
