Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Chelsea A. Grayson has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in the Corporate Department. She was previously a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Jones Day in Los Angeles.

Ms. Grayson focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and counseling, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. She has experience in a broad array of industries, including new media, infrastructure/engineering and construction, building products, technology, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, alternative energy, health care, retail and entertainment.

Ms. Grayson earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Recently, Ms. Grayson was profiled as one of Los Angeles Business Journal’s top 40 dealmakers in their annual “Who’s Who in L.A. Law” list of 2011 and was also the recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 2011 “40 under 40 Award.” She currently serves on the board of directors of the Legal Division of The Jewish Federation.
