DLA Piper announced today that Lynn Cadwalader has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as a partner in the San Francisco office.

Cadwalader focuses on real estate investment, acquisition and development, with a particular emphasis in the hospitality sector. She has extensive experience advising clients in the US and internationally, including in the Caribbean and Latin America, as well as working with Chinese and other foreign real estate investors. She represents hotel and mixed-use project developers, owners, operators and lenders, and works with all facets of resort and real estate development and operations.

Cadwalader joins DLA Piper from Holland & Knight. She received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
