The Palo Alto office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Linda Zhou as a partner in the emerging growth and venture capital practice. Zhou joins K&L Gates from Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP.
Along with venture capital investors and firms, Zhou advises start-up, emerging growth, and public companies in the consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries on corporate and securities law, private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate partnering transactions. Qualified in the People’s Republic of China in addition to California, Zhou also represents companies on a variety of China-related matters and counsels China-based, venture-backed companies as well as venture capital firms that invest in China.
