Litigator Reza Mirzaie has joined Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP as a partner in the Firm’s Patent Litigation practice. Previously with Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP, Mirzaie specializes in patent, trademark and trade secret litigation involving a variety of technologies, including computer hardware, software, and various types of electronics and mechanical systems. He has litigated in a variety of forums, including numerous federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mirzaie was recently recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Mirzaie is also a registered patent attorney and has prepared, prosecuted, and advised clients on patent and trademark applications relating to numerous industries.

Mirzaie received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Review, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
