Ms. Arkow, who has been in the real estate industry for 19 years, was previously a partner in the Los Angeles office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.

Ms. Arkow’s practice involves acquisition, disposition and development transactions, joint ventures, lending and other finance transactions, as well as recapitalizations and workouts. She has represented large public pension funds, pension fund advisors, private equity funds and other investors, lenders, developers and sponsors in a variety of sectors, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, condo development, homebuilding, medical and mixed-use projects.

Ms. Arkow’s well-known reputation in real estate is a direct result of her active engagement in legal and real estate trade groups, including Stanford Real Estate Council, Real Estate and Construction Division of Jewish Federation of Los Angeles (where she is on the Executive Committee), International Council of Shopping Centers, Moriah Society, the Partnerships and Limited Liability Company Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California and Stanford Law School Alumni Association. She contributed to the IPA Southern California Commercial Real Estate Forecast and recently spoke before the California Bar Association and UCLA Law School.

Ms. Arkow is a graduate of Stanford Law School and has a masters in International Economics and Japan Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She received her undergraduate BA from Harvard University, magna cum laude. Ms. Arkow speaks Spanish and Japanese.
