Sidley Austin LLP is pleased to announce that Wendy M. Lazerson is joining the firm’s Labor, Employment and Immigration practice as a partner in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Lazerson’s employment work includes both class actions and individual discrimination and wrongful discharge cases, investigations and counseling. She is also involved in assisting clients with the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence advice, drafting of agreements and strategically addressing both employee retention and reduction.
