Davis Polk advised Ingram Micro Inc. on its SEC-registered debt offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2022. The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBS Securities Inc.

Ingram Micro Inc. is the largest global information technology (IT) wholesale distributor by net sales as of the end of 2011, providing sales, marketing and logistics services for the IT industry worldwide. Proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include funding a portion of Ingram Micro Inc.’s acquisition of Brightpoint Inc.
