Davis Polk advised Ingram Micro Inc. in connection with a new five-year $750 million revolving senior unsecured credit facility. The Bank of Nova Scotia served as administrative agent. Ingram Micro will use proceeds from the credit facility to repay obligations under its existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.

Based in Santa Ana, California, Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company, is the largest global information technology wholesale distributor by net sales, providing sales, marketing and logistics services for the IT industry worldwide.
