Davis Polk advised JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent, issuing lender and swing line lender in connection with the second amendment and restatement of its existing $150 million asset-based revolving credit facility for Tower Automotive Holdings USA, LLC. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

Tower International, Inc., with 29 production facilities and eight engineering and sales locations throughout the world, is one of the largest independent global suppliers of automotive metal structural components and assemblies, serving virtually every major automotive vehicle manufacturer.
