Dewey & LeBoeuf represented Dell Inc. in its agreement to acquire Wyse Technology, a leader in cloud computing. The deal is intended to expand Dell’s desktop virtualization capabilities and provide new solutions and services opportunities for the full range of its enterprise offerings.
This transaction is the latest in a recent string of deals Dewey & LeBoeuf has led for Dell, including the company’s acquisitions of SonicWall, Compellent, Force 10, SecureWorks and AppAssure.
The Dewey & LeBoeuf team was led by partners Jane Ross and Rick Climan. The team also included partners Robert Finkel (IT and IP Transactions), Howard Adler (Compensation and Benefits), Margaret Keane (Employment) and associates Gabriel Shapiro and Edric Itchon.
