Loeb & Loeb LLP’s Real Estate Practice represented real estate investment and asset management firm Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate, LLC, and its affiliate, in the $12.7 million acquisition of the Faraday Research Center, a 65,000 square-foot commercial office building in Carlsbad, California. The building, located in San Diego County at 2251 Faraday Avenue, is currently leased in part to Ibis Biosciences, a division of Abbot Laboratories.
