O’Melveny & Myers LLP represented NextOp Software Inc., a leading provider of assertion synthesis technology, in its acquisition by Atrenta Inc., a provider of software to increase efficiency for semiconductor and consumer electronics companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley team was led by partner Brian Covotta, and included associates Sue K. Lai and Sri Devi Venkatasamy.
