Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Cequel Data Centers III, LLC, a data center operating company managed by an affiliate of Cequel III, LLC and owned by an affiliate of Cequel III, LLC and a consortium of private equity firms, in the acquisition of Baltimore Technology Park, a data center located in Baltimore, Maryland.
The purchase price is undisclosed. Paul Hastings also advised Cequel Data Centers III, LLC in arranging financing for the acquisition.
Real Estate partner Steve Berkman and M&A Partner Barry Brooks led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Finance partner Michael Chernick, Tax partner Joseph Opich and associates Michael Kovaleski, Leslie Kersey, Julie O’Neill, Paul Henesy, Mark Turner and Jennifer Tytel.
