Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company, in leasing an approximately 230,000-square-foot office space at One Rincon in San Francisco. This deal immediately follows salesforce.com’s announcement that they will lease the entirety of a 450,000-square-foot highrise planned for 350 Mission Street and expand their presence in 50 Fremont by another 100,000 square feet.
