Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Corsair Components, Inc., worldwide designer and supplier of high-performance components to PC gaming enthusiasts, in a $75 million investment from tech-focused private equity firm Francisco Partners.
Corporate partner Jeff Hartlin led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Samantha Eldredge and Brianna Dougherty.
