Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI), an owner of leading middle market businesses, in the sale its majority owned subsidiary, HALO Holding Corporation to Candlelight Investment Holdings, Inc., for $76.5 million.
